Computer opening on the bios menu

So basically my pc kept turning off when I logged into Windows so googled some solutions and majority of people said windows is the problem so I reset my computer well I thought I did and must of clicked the wrong thing. So after it finishing I turned my computer on to find the windows installation screen but I don't have the installation disc or activation key to activate it again. So I was messing around in the bios (I don't know what I'm doing with that just googling stuff) and now when I load up my pc it starts on the bios menu. Someone please help

Answer this question I have this problem too

What he means is select Load Optimised Defaults which is usually the last page tab on the bios screen.

After loading optimised Defaults you click save changes and exit.
