I have tried to factory reset RCA tablet many times.it will not factory reset

Now someone tries to answer my question. Now that even with a charge it won't even come on. What good is that? I fact already got a replacement, thank you.

Me too. I tried to hard reset and nothing. Took it to Seattle Laptop to see if they could help. As usual, $@$*!& customer service there, they did the same steps I did and ignored me as I told them what I had already done. They told me to scrap it. I'm NEVER going there again, and I am not giving up on this reset process.
