No sound on laptop and weird noise

This is the weird noise that it makes :

All the drivers are updated

Also 3 times in the last week the laptop made a buzzing noise and freez then go back to normal , 1 time it gave me a orange screen with some error .

Hello

Maybe the fan is too durty and even the processor is dry just try to clean it.
