Factory Reset, unfortunately Google Play service has stopped

Dears,

I have coolpad note 3 plus mobile.. Getting frequent errors saying "unfortunately launcher has stopped". So i did factory reset and rebooted the mobile.

After the restart, its asking

1. select language

2. select sim

3. wifi --> i provided my wifi details and the connection was successful.

After that i am getting error saying "unfortunately Google Play service has stopped" during software update.. Nothing is moving after this error.

Could please help in this regard.

This can't be isolated case. I see many many inquires on the www but it always get buried before any answers.

by the way, I got here because of the same problem and situation.

Clearing Casche or hard reset doesn't or whatever doesn't apply because it after and during a factory reset, so menus are not available...... Yea, rule out "is it charged" ...... duh
