I can hear the printing bar but there is nothing printed on the paper

I love my printer but I changed the black cartridge and now there is nothing printed on the paper. It sounds like the printing bar is moving but there is no printing on the paper.

I'm not sure if you are still looking to solve the problem. There is an amber light that flashes when the printer is not working. Count how many times it is flashing and let me know. For example, if it flashes 4 times, it will flash 4 times and then a pause, and flash 4 times again. It seems continuous at first, but it's not. Let me know how many times it is flashing or take some video of the light and that will tell us what is wrong with your printer.
