webcam powers on/off when screen moves

i hav this problem with my webcam and screen when i move my screen my webacm turns off and on again i dont use my webcam is there a way to turn it off or solve this

Options

I'm a little unsure of what you mean, but if you want to disable it, go to device manager and you should see it there. Right click it and click disable.
