That is complicated and may be impossible.
a) Its a single chip that controls everything from WiFi to Cellular data to Bluetooth to CPU, etc. This is called an SoC (System on Chip).
b) There are 2 separate SoCs this tablet is manufactured with. I cannot tell you which one yours uses. It either has the Samsung Exynos Soc or the Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC.
These chips can't just be purchased from Ebay. You would have to scavenge another tablet.
