How do I fix sense home?
sense home won't work and this message keeps appearing "unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." and it won't charge properly.

1. I would recommend backing up your phone using HTC Sync (Not exactly sure what the backup program is called) on computer.
2. Getting the charging port cleaned if there are no signs of physical damage, worn out plastic, pins bent. I usually use pointed tweezers to clean out dust / gunk inside it.
3. You may need to replace the charger port if cleaning does not help.
4. Also I recommend doing a factory reset and updating the phone system software to see if it stops the google apps from crashing.
