I have a dining room table that i bought that looks really nice but has many scratches on the top. I tried applying "Old English, Scratch cover," for dark wood, but no effect. Any ideas on how to remove the scratches and basically make it look new again?
I'll even take articles, or videos showing how to do this.

jwtony, If scratches are deep, the table top will have to be refinished. I have had some success using crayons to fill scratches in the past.
