Blocked from using tablet. Unknown password

My Lenovo tablet recently failed to boot up. I resorted to a hard reset (which meant I lost all my data). After the reset, I was prompted to enter the password which I used when I first set up the tablet. I DO NOT KNOW THIS PASSWORD. I tried to change the password when "Forgot password?" was shown. This I did but it seems I have been totally locked out of my tablet because any new password is not good enough. This feature is not security....it is stupidity!!! PLEASE can someone tell me how to override this ridiculous situation so that I can use my tablet once again. Thank you!!!

Try this

1) On your Tablet make sure you are connect to open working WiFi

2) on a computer login to Android Device Manager

3) In Android Device Manager, first locate your device. It should find it.

4) there should be options like change password, remote erase, etc. see if you can change the password via this website

That's all fine and what not but what if u don't have a computer to do that with then what can we do ?
