How to remove the drive Gear off a 19 V cordless craftsman Motor

20 V Black&Decker MATRIX cordless drill motor Burnt up & the replacement motor needs the drive Gear off the old one ! How do I remove it ?

@loverboymke1 I am a bit confused. Your question refers to a "19 V cordless craftsman Moto" whereas the descrition refers to a "20 V Black&Decker MATRIX"

Well the drill motor that I replaced was on a 20v black& Decker Matrix I used a craftsman motor off a 19v drill , the Driver Gears were a little different so I need to Exchange the drive gears , it works great if not better than ever !

I had to heat the drive gear up on the old motor w/ a torch and it slipped right off
