Tablet is 2 months old can't download anything & it erased everything
My tablet is 2 months old. I can't download anything and it erased everything. It keeps saying troubleshoot but nothing is helping. I have a memory card so I have lots of space. I can't figure out what's going on.If this isn't an easy fix I just want another tablet. This tablet serves as an educational tool for my daughter. I really need it fixed

Could you give us the model number, there are lots of these. Also a history of its problems. These things usually don't erase themselves.
