No lights on 94 s10 ext cab 2.2l 225k

So here it is i no brake lights at all. For my taillights to come on I have to press my hazard button. Then my turn signals finally work but they blink extremely slowly. Plus all the light are very dim. My brake switch wires were melted I fixed that all my bulbs are good.

Do I have more fried wires, or bad grounds. Or maybe more broken wires, or bad relays all the fuses are good.
