How do I upload photos from LG cell phone to desktop computer ?

On PC
• Plug in the phone to the computer. The phone may show a USB notification that you need to set USB mode to File Transfer mode or MTP mode.
• If Windows is properly working properly, there should be a pop up asking what you want to do with the phone you connected.
• Simply choose import photos and videos on this popup.
• If you don't see this option, simply open the Photos App (on Windows 10) and select Import
• On Windows 7 if the same pop up doesn't pop up, go to Computer, In the navigation pane on the left side, under Computer, right-click your digital camera, and then click Import pictures and videos.
On Mac
• First Download the Android File Transfer Tool
• Find the folder marked Photos or Pictures on your Android phone and drag it to your Mac
or
•Open use iPhoto, Photo Booth, and/or iMovies to import your photos and videos

Alternatively, you can set up Google photos on your phone. It should come pre-installed. Just find it, go through the setup process (Make sure and click "Yes" to everything) and Walla!
Your photos will back up to Google photos. Now just go to your PC and go to https//photos.google.com and all your photos will be their. This creates a constant backup for your photos, so if your phone breaks you will still have your photos.
