Bimbim, building your own iPhone 6S Plus, while not technically difficult, is probably not a worthwhile project. You will need to source a lot of parts, probably from more than one supplier, and pay lots of shipping charges. Plus, the most important component, the logic board, is very expensive.
It is much more practical and economical to buy a used or refurbished device.
Take a look at this video, it's interesting. Now, you don't have to go to China and you can probably find most of the parts on iFixit.
