Mower Husqvarna Rider Kawasaki motor is stuck in gear cannot put in n

When i pull the pin on the back of the Rider to the out position, i should be able to push the mower...I can not, ti still seems to be in gear and is impossible to push.

All else is "as should be; checked several times."

Any clue how to get it into neutral, so i can at least push it onto a trailer, to drive it to get serviced?

ThankYou Kindly in Advance

Wattson, You did not state your year and model #, so I will give some what generic answer to your issue.Make sure you are pulling the disengage lever/pin out far enough and it is indeed locking in the out position(slot) and I believe the parking brake must be off. If no go, perhaps the linkage/spring/pin has come loose and may need reattached to transmission. You may have to jack tractor up and secure so you will be able to look up underneath to see where lever should connect to transaxle housing. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
