When i turn on the playstation is like the operative system is damaged. It says to update the software but on downloads it appears that it is queued. The error refers to something saying that the "magic" word is damaged. Sometimes i get to the main screen, but it freezes there or it keeps bouncing from the main screen to the error message. Can somebody tell me how can i may fix this?

Sounds like it's probably a hard drive issue. I would recommend trying to get to the main menu, then saving all of your data online if possible. If it is the hard drive you'll want to try to save all your data online so you can get to it once you replace the drive.
