My screen lost half of the face. it is grey. It wasn't dropped or wet
The phone only shows half of the screen. The other side is grey and I can't see the whole screen to use the phone. What is the problem? How can it be fixed and what is the cost? It was a new phone and I had it for almost a year and still must pay the new phone cost.

The same thing happened to my phone last night. I was looking at FB & swiped to change the screen & the right half of the screen froze. I turned off/on the phone and now it is gray. It looks like a snowy television screen only it doesn't move, darker grey but I can see flecks of color throughout. The phone works even below that area, as long as my memory can recall where icons are on the screen, lol.....
