1 Phone has lost my contact numbers
Time and date has gone to 2015 and my contacts have disappeared

If you have set up gmail, hotmail, google, etc. any other accounts on your phone, they may be syncing there. That's where I found some of my missing contacts. Somewhere along the way in your contacts you will notice 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner, tapping those will bring up the choices as to which contacts you want the phone to display. Also a search of the person should find them but be it must be typed the same way you input. If you can't find the dots, try putting in a new contact, the phone should offer you a choice as to where you want to put the contact in. Hope this helps some. Hate this phone!

I noticed that all contacts, on my son’s Alcatel Phone, are not visible
If I type in names, the phone numbers come up, list, contacts, itself, only has one contact
I tried everything suggested
Can someone please help??
