Why did the colors turn dark

My Nintendo ds xl got some orange juice dropped on it by accident. It works and makes sounds and the touch screen works great. The only thing that happened was that the colors turned dark. It looks like negative colors. Nothing white only black and other weird dark colors. It's hard to make out the picture. What can I do? Can I fix it?
