vertical black lines in middle of the screen

After my iphone fell down; there are vertical black lines in middle of the screen can someone help me on how to fix it ?

Options

Remove the screen and re-connect it, a cable may have just fallen loose or disconnected partially. If that does not solve it, you will have to replace the screen/LCD assembly.
