So I was gonna install safehax and I was prompted to the installation successful thingy and I pressed A, and the console turned off and it doesn't want to turn on

Follow Plainest's guide's troubleshooting. You can also try putting all the right payloads onto another sd card and try to boot then. If that works, you're done! If it says your CTRNAND is corrupt, though, you will Need to CTRtransfer from Godmode9 for example, to fix your 3ds
