I think I may have misled you, I don't have a laptop, this is a Medion desktop PC, it doen't have an Fn key.

I am sorry Joan I went by the MD96420 and it comes back as a laptop. However the http://www.medion.com/au/ should have the manual for your computer as well. Just out of curiousity is that the right model ?

http://www.medion.com/gb/service/start/_... have the manual for your computer and it will show you how to setup your wireless.

Hi Joan and welcome back. I did find your manual and it appears from reading it that it is already activated and the best sentence in this manual under networking was "Search for “wireless networking” in Windows Help and Support for more information." Anyhow it is on page 44 and explain the access points etc. Since the manual says that "You can turn off the wireless LAN

function with the help of the Windows® Device Manager." check there and see if it was turned off in the device manager. You may just have to enable it again.
