Battery connection loose on the board

Recently replaced the USB and headphone bar as well as a new battery. Did this in two stages. While doing it I accidently pulled the battery cable too hard and loosened the receiving end that is soldered to the board. Now in spite of new battery and solid USB connection can not get the battery to charge. Can this be fixed? If not. Would getting a new motherboard solve it. Thanks.

@maril, Marilyn , Battery connector may be able to be repaired, but will take some one experienced in micro soldering. Try taking it into a good local cell/computer repair shop and have them take a look and estimate repair. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
