Screen changes colors only on wake-up. What could cause this?

Recently i noticed that when i let my laptop go to sleep and then wake it up, the screen changes colors and flickers. You can see what happens here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDvT9I7L...

Any ideas on what could be causing this? I already checked the cables.
