I recently updated my flip 3 speaker through the jbl connect app and after the upadate it said to restart my speaker. Which i tried, but it turn on or charge. What should I do? Plzzzzz help I just got this speaker yesterday and it was working now it's just paperweight.

Hashim Benjamin, I do not own this device, This is info from link below, hold the power button for approximately 30 seconds to reset the device. The device may begin functioning after resetting. You can also check the troubleshooting link below. If no go, since the JBL speaker was purchased so recently, return to place of purchase for replacement/refund. Good luck. It didnt work for me tried it three times. I bought a warranty with it so i can easliy get it replaced, thanks anyway tho

Worked for me...all the power lights were stuck lit....couldnt use any buttons or charge....held down power button and after 15 seconds unit reset itself....working fine now....thanks for the help
I had problem with jbl flip 3 se and holding all buttons for about 10s worked.
And it should be connected to pc.

This problem happened to me I just plugged my JBL flip 3 in the charging port I gave it a few minutes then it turned on

Hi,
my flip turned into flop after jbl app upgrade
30 seconds for reset didnt work
plugged speaker to mobile charger (I didnt try power bank)
30 seconds or even less speaker awaked
few turns on-offs and seems ok, pairing and reacting.

Flip 3 upgrade. Took holding almost a full minute on mine
Connect the Jbl with your pc and then press plus and phone on your speaker until he restart.

Its been 6 hours in charging but still only two light indicators r not blinking n third one continues to blink.n rest two is off..hw can i know its charged or not..n why it is taking so long time.

I have the same problem
my will turn on but will NOT charge

Waited for 10 minutes and it turned back on, after installing an update the speaker has to reboot which takes a while.
