My display's USB ports and charging cable not working

I have a 27" Thunderbolt Display. About a year ago, the display's charging cable stopped working, so now I use an independent charger to power my MBP while it's connected to the display. And now all three USB ports on the display no longer work.

The display itself works fine connected via Thunderbolt to my MBP.

Does anyone know what might be going on and how I could fix the problem?

I would suspect you lost one of the 5volt lines from the power supply.

You'll need to open the system and carefully inspect and test the power supply.

Thanks for the answer! If it's indeed the 5-volt line in the power supply, than I need to simply replace the power supply, correct? If so, where can I purchase one? I tried finding it here on iFixit.com, but didn't see it available.

The part is: 661-6048 Power Supply 250W for Thunderbolt 27" Display. Do a search 'Apple 661-6048' to find one online. There around $140 US
