Dead power ic motherboard. PLEASE HELP

I dropped my phone and it won't turn on. I took it to a local store and they told me that the problem is I have a dead power IC and motherboard. But I have a very sensitive data inside my phone and I need a data recovery. No one is able to help me locally. Please suggest me solutions.

For board Repair I would suggest iPad Rehab. http://www.mendonipadrehab.com/

They are very good. You have to send them your device but it'll be worth it, I've use them a few times so give them a call.
