Ps4 Will not stay powered on. (Power supply replaced)

Ok so I have a ps4 that beeps then immediately turns off. I've replaced the power supply in it and still get the same problem. It beeps, blue light for a split second, then nothing. Aside from sending it into Sony, what can I do? I should say I've used several new power cords and different outlets with the same effect.
