Why are my center and right buttons not responding?

the back button works, but the two other buttons don't. No matter how hard I try they don't do anything except for gently vibrate the tablet like the other buttons do. No documented damage occured, or damage in general. (that I'm aware of)

Sincerely-Some random person on the internet who broke his tablet like an idiot.
