3g display instead of 4g
Phone will not send or receive text messages, the display at the top of the screen says 3g, not 4g.

Hey Lucy!
Looks like you have the LG Treasure. What carrier is the phone? You'll want to make sure your APN settings match the carrier. Go to your settings, then :
Tap the Networks tab
Tap More.
Tap Mobile networks.
Tap Access Point Names.
Correct APN settings can be found using a simple google search. OR you just happened to have bad service in the area you're in. Either one.

the phone used to text, but now does not. the 4g used to be displayed, but now shows 3 g. it belongs to our foster kid. I'm not sure if he changed a setting by accident or what. I'll see if I can get the APN setting.
