Why is my iPhone 6 cpu getting hot and phone does not power on after

why my iphone 6 cpu get hot and it does not power on after changing nand flash and eeprom. that phone is icloud lock bt i orderd the baseband +nandflash+ eeprom i sucsessfully changed nand epprom and baseband bt after that i power on the phone the cpu gets hot like !&&* please help me out...

The solder expanded under the underfill and created a short. You will need to replace the CPU now too. @refectio can probably explain it a lot better than I can lol

if i will change my cpu then it will be get power on and everything will be fine after that ? and what about if i will reball the same cpu and fix it again please reply fast..

If you Reball the CPU it will work.

hey friend i tried removing the cpu and bymistake i removed the tracks that on logic board where where cpu balls set any idea how to fix it ??

You will need aboard view to see what they go to, use PADS and a pcb file and click on the pad to see what it does.

The CPU is defective, Reball or replace and it will work.
