My mobile Cynogen OS crashed and in boot loop condition

Hi,

i brought YU Yureka plus mobile one year back, for using the jio sim without jio jion app i tried to change lte to volte by taking assistance from various videos.I tried to install the TWRP with root, after boot unlocking and rooting , i tried to switch on my mobile but it does not on and periodically the android symbol come and gone.

and it also not connecting to PC in usb debugging mode my PC unable to detect mobile

Please get me a solution.
