missing u7190 from MLB

Am working on a late 2015 macbook air, board number is 820-00165, have a few donor boards laying around and ALL of them, even the one I am working on (no green light on charger) are missing U7190 (among other ones) which seems to output more power signals. Basically my question is if different configurations of macbook airs from the same year would have this precise chip missing, or it is a DEFINITELY needed chip. I do not have a lot of experience (obviously)

so I would not know this. The schematic states that is needed so I am assuming it is, I am just wondering if I am wrong?

Thank you so much! I was cracking my head over this and since I dont have that much experience I wasnt sure about what "no stuff" meant in the schematic.

Thx so much again!!

@yusssi "The schematic states that is needed so I am assuming it is" it is marked as "no stuff" which simply means that the assembly shop will not place components on the board.(thus leaving the circuit open). To clarify in case this is unclear: There are no components that go there.

Same holds true for R8000 and R8011 which also appear "missing" on your board.
