Why is the Control Lock button stuck in the lock mode?
The Control Lock button under the Options on the Whirlpool Gold Quiet Partner III dishwasher is stuck. How do I get it to release?

mel841 try to press and hold the heated dry (or Air Dry depending on model) button and it should unlock. If that does not work you may have to replace either the control panel (keypad) or the control board inside the door of the dishwasher
