I have replaced the batteries and cleaned the contacts but still no action. What else can I try?

@joandsorensen, Joan, If you have already cleaned the contacts and tried new good quality batteries, the only thing left to do is to disassemble the toy phone and look for loose/corroded/damaged wires/connections/components and test the on/off switch. I did do a search for repair/disassembly/trouble shooting of your toy and had no luck. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
