The tab inside the charging port broke losses when unplugging the charger. I want to know how i can recharge the using the 5 wires coming from the battery. so I can make my own charging port

Well, if you know which of the 5 contacts is positive and negative, just get a universal smart Li-Ion charger. This is probably safer than you rigging something up.

The best option is to just get a new connector. It will cost less than the charger and will be much safer and easier.
@freefingers, are you good at soldering? There is a way to replace the charge port itself.
@cam2363, from the model number provided Nextbook nxa8Qc116 is an 8" tablet. So there should be only one microusb charge port. It sounds like the middle tab in the microusb slot broke off.
Thats what im guessing. I thought it was a laptop at first. But its much easier to just solder a new port than to do some crazy thing with the battery to make it work.
I agree. If OP can solder, then its a matter of $1-2 getting a new port from ebay.

Not a good idea as messing with Lithium Ion batteries can result in fire.
I suggest just replacing the port on the laptop and not messing with the batteries as the connector will cost a few dollars but your life and house aren't work risking.

Ok well then do it. If your not careless go ahead. When you kill your laptop its not my fault. Also good luck getting the battery casing open without destroying it. Its not very easy. Also this mod will pretty much make your laptop a desktop because moving it will cause the battery to come out and damage more things. So just buy the connecter. Its easier and will save you more time and possible money in the end.
It appears you don't know what I'm wanting cuz it has nothing to do with opening the battery . I want to find the two wires that will change the battery then adapt a pin connection to charge it. But thank you for your time
Im sorry. I thought this was a laptop. Still not a good idea. If you can solder, just solder a new charge port in. You can find them for a few cents.
