Battery drains and hot device

My Zuk Z2 Pro battery is draining fast without doing anything (1% per 5 minutes) and heating when charging (37-40C) and up to 46C under working load. I disassemble the device and found out what causes the problem... https://ibb.co/cyhQGQ

can you tell me what it is? and part name? so I can order a replacement (if there is any..)
