my lg tv the hdmi ports do not work the man atstore told me there had been a recall on those models for that reson. we had never used before didn't no they didn't work till now

edsplace982 double check your model number. It seems you have a few to many digits. your symptoms correspond with a failed main board. you've tried different cables, different inputs? do the other input sources work?
