Videos are playing in Slow Motion with no sound, How to resolve this?

From last 2 days I am facing This issue, What ever I am playing you tube, whatsap, players videos those are plaing in very slow motion with no Sound, how to resolve This pls Help.

Thats too odd

Did you tried force restarting and monitoring which tasks are using most of resources?
