My granddaughters table just stopped loading, if you try turning it on

My granddaughters table just stopped loading, if you try turning it on the screen goes to the RCA logo screen and just stays there, it will sit there for a few minutes and then turn off only to start back up and stop at the logo screen.

I have tried to reset it but nothing happens, pushing the reset is the only way to turn it off completely.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

You probably need to do a factory reset. Click on the link below to show you how to do this.

Tried that and it did not do anything, would not let me access the android programming

by

Did you do it properly? What happened instead?

by

it just stays in the loop of having the screen with (RCA and powered by android) on it stays that way for about 2-3 minutes and then goes blank and reloads the RCA / Android screen and does that over and over

Was the tablet completely shut down before trying this? Like not on or doing anything at all?

It's possible your battery is failing. It does require more battery power to boot the operating system than it does to switch on the tablet. Your current battery may be failing and may only be capable of powering on the tablet but does not supply enough power to fully boot the operating system. This could also explain why you can not reset the tablet. There is not enough power and it shuts itself off instead of completing the factory reset. I would suggest replacing the battery. I have seen a lot of RCA tablets with battery issues like this. So another reason I suspect the battery is at fault. If you have experienced any issues charging your battery lately it could also be a failing charge port which has caused your battery to discharge enough it won't fully boot the operating system. If not then my money is on the battery though. Hope this helps.
