Hi @horsehct87 ,
It is probably simpler and easier to replace the keyboard.
Here is a link to the ifixit guide to remove the keyboard from the laptop.
As the keyboards are country specific here is a link to the service manual, (this will download automatically to your computer.) for the laptop. Scroll down to p.76-77 in the manual to find the part numbers for the various keyboards available. Once you have found the correct one for your laptop, search online using the part number only to find suppliers of the part. The part number for your keyboard should also be printed on the underside of the keyboard itself should you wish to verify before ordering.
