Touch ID cannot be activated

Hello,

I have an iPhone 6 Plus'. I replaced the home button on it so I know that the Touch ID is no longer available. Is there anyway that I can disable the "Touch ID cannot be activated" pop up message on the phone?

Options

Go to the Touch ID settings (Settings\Touch ID & Passcode) and delete any fingerprint setup and disable "iPhone Unlock" & "iTunes &App Store".
