Open up Task manager and see what is using a lot of resources
end any unnecessary processes
Download and run:
CCleaner
Defraggler
Malwarbytes Antimalware
How old is the computer and what are its specs?

I've this problem now too, computer is a few years old now... at least 3 may be 4. Poxy windows 10 updating AGAIN! Soon as it's done and I run all the checks from above I'll let yea know how it's going... Charlie
