Screen showing time with seconds and blank activity circle after screen

I fixed an app watch series 1 screen, everything went smoothly, once I booted the device up the time came up (not power reserve) with a blank activity circle, no touch response and after 5 sec screen times out only to be revived with a hard reset and same thing happens again

Also charges fine
