Iphone 6 plus is broken, repair man said I must have broken the "motherboard" otherwise known as the logic board,I have an Iphone 5s just sitting there, can i use the logic board from the 5s and put it in place of the broken one in the iphone 6 plus?

In short: No. Just plane no. Some of the many reasons:
Different connections.
Different screen res.
Different size.
Screw holes wouldn't fit.
Camera couldn't see anything.
Why would you want to anyway? The motherboard is basically the phone anyway, so swapping it wouldn't really change anything.

Your best bet is to buy another phone that has some problem that's not the board bad LCD bad battery etc
