Hi there,
I am searching for a backup application that can automatically get backup every second whenever is there is a changes in the file or folder in Windows 10 on the background, and the application has to work over internal network with network drives.
please suggest me something,

Windows 10 natively has pretty good backup tools, but I'm not certain what kind of backups you are after.
For internal network backups:
For backing up multiple drives, you can use the File History tool.
- It constantly backs up files when they are changed, or new ones added.
- Keeps old file version history copies as well.
Search for "File History" in windows -> Click "File History Settings" -> Select "Backup" tab and add the drive or network to which you want to save your backups -> Click on "More Options" below the selected drive -> Click "Add a Folder" and here you can select drive root for backing up full drives.
IMPORTANT: By default, windows will keep all historic file versions, forever, this can start taking up serious space, especially if you constantly update files, and don't need every single version of it. To change this: Under the same More Options / Backup Options screen -> Change the value under the dropdown menu titled "Keep my backups".
If you are also after disc images of your OS on one or multiple machines, the native Win10 Backup and Restore also makes for a great solution.
It should be noted that the File History Tool has been improved since Win 8, and works quite well.
