I to know what adapter I need for these strong lights

I bought these string lights on amazon a while back and somehow in the move I lost the little adapter part that plugs into the wall, why it had to be made this way I have no idea. The end of the lights have a little screw like plug where it once connected to another short wire which I believe had a little power box but plugged into the wall. If anyone knows where or what I need to replace this part that would be great.
