when my tv sound is on, there is noise that comes out as they talk on tele.

Hi,
What is the model number of the TV?
Has the TV got a headphones socket that you can plug into to listen if the noise is there as well?
Does the noise occur regardless of what input you are using, HDMI, AV, Coax etc.?
If it is only on the one input can you check the source to see if the sound is clear from it?
