No service after installing a new screen.

I replaced a Motorola Droid Maxx 2 Screen assembly. Everything is working great except there is no signal. It seems like the radio is not connected. When I try to dial a number it asks if I would like to turn airplane mode off (even though its not even on). Any suggestions?
